“Dragon Tattoo is Fincher’s ninth film in two decades. And while the movies often focus on dark-hearted subjects—madness (Se7en), paranoia (The Game), nihilism (Fight Club), greed (Panic Room), obsession (Zodiac), and betrayal (The Social Network)—they’re always beautiful to look at. Each is packed with so much careful detail—physical, aural, spatial—while also being so clean and composed that he’s earned his own fanboy-bestowed sobriquet: Fincheresque.”

It has come to my attention that I haven’t seen a lot of Tim Burton movies. Sleepy Hollow, Big Fish, Sweeney Todd, and Ed Wood. And, apparently from reading up on them all, they are four of the Burton’s top five films with Edward Scissorhands being mentioned in the same breath.
I think I may be missing out?
I love this scene because it just adds to Parker’s character - he can never be wrong. Even though she concluded his sentence correctly when he was drawing a blank, he just changed the saying to something different, never even acknowledging what she said. From this point on, we never looked back. And neither did Sean Parker.
And that is what we call Aaron Sorkin character building.

Enjoyed this movie to the fullest. Loved Johnny Depp in this role, as well as John Turturro. Pretty easy to figure out what’s what about half way through, if not a bit earlier, but I just liked how it was done - short and taut. Fun psychological thriller. It’s a quick view so I recommend it to a lot of people.
